Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by our customers on-line as this web-site is the only information platform offered by our company in respect of the products it offers for sale. We feel therefore that it is fair to expect any customer ordering our products to have visited this web page prior to placing any order with us. It is accepted therefore that when placing an order for our products that our customer has had an opportunity to consider these conditions, and that they will hence force apply to all purchases by our customers and be fully accepted by our customers when placing an order.

The contract between ourselves and our customer will be deemed as concluded at the time the order is accepted by us and payment is received from the customer in full.

All orders will be dispatched in line with our Delivery Policy as detailed on the previous web-page. We will not accept liability for claims in respect of late delivery of goods which exceed the cost of delivery charged. Where a supplementary charge was made for an enhanced delivery service, this charge will be fully refundable to the customer in the event of such service not having been received.

Once the goods have been delivered to a customer and if the customer wishes to return such goods, notification must be received by us in writing or E’mail, and within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. This notification should clearly state the reason the customer wishes to return the items to us. If the goods are being returned due to the customer changing their mind about the purchase, and the goods are undamaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is the liability of the customer. The customer is duty bound to ensure that the goods are suitably cared for, properly packaged, and arrive with us in an undamaged condition. Should a customer request us to collect the goods from them, we can make such an arrangement and deduct the cost of collection from any refund due. Where items are returned and are found to have been damaged through lack of care and attention we will have the right to claim against the customer for rectification of the damage or replacement cost of the goods. Items returned to us must be in their original packaging and in an undamaged state. In cases where goods are not returned in this condition no refund will be sanctioned.

Where goods are returned by a customer due to having been received in a damaged condition, the cost of return of the goods will be born by ourselves. In such circumstances we will require photographic evidence of the damage from the customer prior to the goods being returned and we will then arrange for collection of these goods from the customer.

Please note that our custom made chain and custom made posts are not eligible for a refund should you decide you no longer require the product, this would normally be any post that has been ordered over the phone/email and not available online due to the customer having a custom requirement such as a longer or shorter post or extra chain holes.
